2006 Hometown Festival of Lights

Roscoe, Rockton, South Beloit and Beloit
“Communities Celebrating Together…”

The Fifth Annual Hometown Festival of Lights (FOL) will bring our communities together once again this year. Organized by Roscoe, Rockton, South Beloit, and Beloit, Chambers of Commerce and townships, this fantastic event will kick off on Friday, November 24, 2006, at 6:00 in Riverside Park in Roscoe, for a event ribbon cutting and official lighting of the park. Residents and businesses located along the 12 mile route are encouraged to turn their “LIGHTS ON” to illuminate the celebration as this event gets underway.

The Hometown festival of Lights celebration brings together the 4 communities of
Roscoe, Rockton, South Beloit and Beloit
creating a 12 mile route of lighted decorations that will
illuminate the sky from Thanksgiving to New Years.

Come celebrate with Roscoe, Rockton, South Beloit & Beloit
by driving through our communities between Thanksgiving & New Years
